These terms concern the corporate website operated by WEBFLEG SOLUTIONS LTD. They explain permitted website use and the limits of the information and enquiry preview provided here. These terms take effect on 22 September 2026.
They do not replace a signed service agreement, order, support plan or data-processing agreement. Paid services and KEYBAKI accounts are subject to their own applicable terms. Nothing here reduces rights that Kenyan law does not allow to be excluded.
02Website and Service Information
Website descriptions help you explore solutions. They are not a binding quotation, an offer to supply every described capability or a guarantee of results. Service scope, pricing, responsibilities, timelines and support response commitments must be agreed separately.
Planned product capabilities may change. Check the linked KEYBAKI website for its current product details and availability. Any reference to 24/7/365 support describes availability subject to the applicable service plan, not a promise of immediate resolution.
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but errors and interruptions can occur. Confirm information material to a purchase or deployment with WEBFLEG through an established contact channel before relying on it.
03Enquiry Preview
The chat and form are demonstrations. Reviewing an enquiry does not send a message, book a meeting, create a support ticket, enter a contract or assign a member of staff. Human-handover messages are simulated. The assistant uses fixed rules and is not a live adviser.
Use sample details and do not enter confidential information, credentials or learner records. School results are fictional; selecting a school gives no membership or access rights. Do not rely on the preview for urgent support or legal notices.
If acting for an institution, only make commitments through an authorised representative and the appropriate contracting process. This preview makes no commitments on an institution’s behalf.
04Responsible Use
You may browse these pages and use the demonstration for lawful evaluation and enquiries. Do not impersonate another person, submit information you are not entitled to use, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the website.
Automated access must respect access restrictions and must not impair the service or unlawfully collect personal data. WEBFLEG may take proportionate steps to restrict abusive traffic, maintain the website or address security incidents.
The enquiry preview is intended for adults. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to handle an enquiry. Separate product rules apply to educational services used by learners.
05Content and Intellectual Property
Website text, designs, software and marks are owned by WEBFLEG or used with the relevant rights or permissions. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view and share links to public pages and keep reasonable copies for evaluating our services, preserving attribution. Except where law or an applicable licence permits, do not reproduce website content commercially or use a brand in a way that suggests an unauthorised endorsement. Applicable open-source licences remain effective.
Entering information in the preview does not transfer ownership of it to WEBFLEG.
06Privacy and External Services
Read the Privacy Policy for details of browser drafts, school-search requests, technical data and privacy rights. These terms do not grant blanket consent to personal-data processing or waive your data-protection rights.
External links take you to separately operated services, including KEYBAKI. Their availability, content, account terms and privacy practices should be reviewed before using them. A link does not extend this website’s enquiry preview into a live service.
07Availability and Responsibility
The website may be changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons. The demonstration is provided for evaluation and should not be used as the sole basis for business-critical decisions.
Each party remains responsible as required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not limit statutory privacy remedies or mandatory consumer rights. Liability for separately contracted services is addressed in the relevant agreement, subject to law.
08Kenyan Law and Legal Notices
These website terms are intended to be governed by Kenyan law. Disputes may be brought before a competent Kenyan court, without restricting any mandatory right to another competent forum or regulator. Privacy complaints may be made directly to the ODPC as described in the Privacy policy.
